Cup cakes!

 Cup cakes seem to be all the rage at present.

Indie loves cooking,

yesterday I wandered into the kitchen

and there she was ---

mixing up a batch of little white cup cakes.

The recipe she uses is delicious and the cakes are as white as snow.

In they go.

Measuring the icing sugar for the frosting.

Testing the frosting.

 Indie wanted to use mum's large piping bag,

trouble was, it was too big for small hands!

The compromise was -

mum supported the bag until it was light enough for Indie to manage.

Voila!!

The Ganky test!!

I think what impressed me most about the cake making was,

Indie did everything on her own,

including cleaning up, and washing the mixer twice.

Great job Indie!!!
